As instruções de alojamento estavam todas em inglês,. A casa de banho era privativa mas sem privacidade, falhou a água quente, tive de tomar banho em água fria.

Localização, espaçoso as instalações e bom atendimento do funcionário

Well, it was my firts time in funchal, i had good stay in the property. It was clean, the kitchen has everything you need, i did not cook but even you can find everything for cooking. The owner is very welcoming, respectful and kind person. He made us favour for early checking and even late checkout. I will rent his place for sure whenever i go there again in future.

Big apartment

It wasn't mentioned that living room and kitchen are shared. There is no access to laundry facilities because of closed balcony.

Alles war gut und schön. du bekommst ein Zimmer in ein Apartment mit eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche ist gemeinsam mit andere Zimmer wo auch jemand gemietet kann. Es gibt kein Parkplatz, ist habe auf die Straße aber gefunden. Vielleicht in Sommer wenn mehrere Touristen da sind wird etwas schwierig. Preis/Leistung für Funchal aber sehr gut

Wie gesagt kein Parkplatz sonnst alles gut

There were many facilities (hair dryer in the bathroom, Kitchen accessories). The apartment is located in a nice safe area, closed off from the public (there is a motorised gate for the passage of cars). Good bakery right in front offering breakfast, lunch and dinner- very practical.

There was no hot water, as I wanted to have a shower just before going to bed. I had to contact the manager and he had to instruct me on how to turn on the water heater. The water needed 1h30 to reach a comfortable temperature, so I got to have the shower in the end, but this made me get to bed much later than I should have had too and was necessary stress to figure it out. I imagine however that this was a one-off problem; nevertheless, I have a nice warm shower without hassle upon travelling from Switzerland to Madeira was for me an absolute must and minimum... In addition, the WIFI was essentially useless in the bedroom. This is because the WIFI was not strong enough to reach the bedroom. I would suggest therefore that the responsible change the wifi from wifi5/6/7 to 2.4 Ghz (which penetrates through the walls). As a customer, I don't think that it should be expected in order to have access to wifi, to have access it only in the common living room. This makes it uncomfortable as it is not private place were we can for example acces our online banking, or other Internet requiring tasks.
