AUThe room was clean and felt fresh. I had the single room with balcony which doesn’t face the street making it quieter than the other rooms. The noise from the bars below didn’t bother me. The check in was easy and the location is great
The mattress in the single room is not good. Other people have complained about this so it is surprising it has not been replaced. Very hard and really of poor quality. Would be easy to replace.

SEThe location and that it was very quiet even thought it was pretty much in the middle in of the party area. Also the standard was good
The pre-checkin and the instructions can greatly be improved. Event though I work within IT and have expertis knowledge in technicalities, I found it very cumbersome to understand the the pre-checkin procedure. Also the instruction can be greatly improved and very easily by using AI. It will take 2 min tops to do that. We meet an elderly couple that also was about to stay there and they totally missed the pre-checkin part (which I btw also was about to do) and had no idea on how to get into the apartment. Also, bed was kind of hard. both me and my friend was pretty sour in our backs after 4 nights.
