A little noisy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday, but with the provided earplugs it was ok.

Unfortunately it is a very noisy place. Downstairs there is a restaurant where students are spending evenings. They are making a lot of noise until 1:00 - 1:30am which makes sleeping impossible.

CAVery good location in Bologna. This is an Air BnB type, so you receive a code to enter the building, but all is well coordinated as long as you have data on your mobile phone. . The room was confortable. The only thing missing would be more hooks or poles for clothes and towels in the bathroom. There was a small fridge and kettle, which is very important nowadays when we travel on a budget. I suggest they make a small kitchen area in the common place. There was a common balcony, but it was locked and we could not access it, that would have been nice. The area is a really nice and authentic one in Bologna and it was easy to reach from the train station and also a nice walk to the main attractions in the city. I really appreciate their online system service for the tax we have to pay. They should all have this, so you can pay your tax with your credit card. Bravo for that.
GBProperty was in a central location and was clean, including the shared bathroom. Access was relatively easy.
While it was identified that the property was on a crowded nightlife street - worth pointing out that the rooms themselves are immediately above quite a noisy bar with live music and the walls between the rooms and shared bathroom are very thin. Ultimately if you’re going to be out late yourself this is a good option, otherwise I would probably stay somewhere else

Lors de l'identification, il était précisé que les frais de séjour n'étaient pas appliqués. En fait, mon compte a été débité de 26.80 € pour 4 nuits par Z8 Apartments B (facture du 02/09/2025). Nous sommes à Bologne et pas un seul message d'Affittacamere Biscotti 22 n'est rédigé en italien. Ils sont tous intégralement en anglais. Je ne comprends pas l'anglais mais l'italien ne me pose pas de problème.
