Como city view apartment

The property is spacious with two bed room and 2 bathroom, a large balcony and lost of storage space and well equipped kitchen. The host was warm and friendly and waited for us late in the evening as our train got delayed. The apartment has a good location, opposite to Como Lago station and 2 min walking to lake and Cathedral. It exceeded our expectations.

Property was very good. Location super. Host Andreas was the best. Very nice after our awful experience in Milan. Would recommend this apartment.

No divide in bathroom, maybe a normal in Italy but didn’t like it. It was great to have the extra toilet in laundry area. We called it the silent space. 🫣

The view from the balcony was great. The lake and old town are only minutes away by foot.

No toilet paper was provided by the property. When I informed the host, he said the maid forgot to restock and texted me the location of a shop I could walk to (fifteen minutes away) to buy some. There was leftover food from the previous guest in the freezer, and the glasses in the cabinets had lip smudges on the rims. There were pubic hairs on the toilet seat when we entered the bathroom, and the shower drain was clogged so badly that water fills up past your ankles within minutes. Neighbors in the building are also rude and hostile. One man who lives in the building blocked our vehicle from leaving, flipped us off, threw objects at our car and spit at us for "blocking his spot" for three minutes as we were checking out.

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Andreas was extremely helpful and prompt.

Misschien het matras wat hard . Maar het is ook niet je eigen matras.

This is a very big apartment with lots of space. Bathroom, living room, dining room, and bedrooms are all in good size. There are lots of windows on both sides for good lighting and fresh air. The balcony has really nice views of the cathedral and some lake. Short distance to the old town, the lake and the ferry. Easy access to the train station, and restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment overall looks very new. The building has an elevator.

There might be some noise from the train during the day, but it does not really bother us. The wifi is a bit slow. I had some difficulty to have a video conf call. We could not figure out how to use the wash machine though.

Beautiful balcony view, close to the center, and the train station.

I would suggest to put some waste bins in the bathrooms, just for convenience purposes, and also check the washing machine and dryer, as I was not able to use them.
