Cena pie šādas lokācijas ir ekselenta.Atrodas pie galvenās ielas, bet tāds klusums un miers.Samnieka iedotais info par atrašanu un par iespējām apkārtnē, super. Daudz trauku, liels ledusskapis, kas nav mazsvarīgi lielām ģimenēm. Divas labierīcības, lai arī dzivoklītis mazs.Atsevišķa ieeja.

Diezgan sens un palietots dzīvoklis, prasās atjaunot. Tīrība labierīcībaas nebija laba.
