Staff was very friendly and professional

We had a booking but they couldn’t find it and the Indian 🇮🇳 restaurant wasn’t our taste

I had booked a 2 bed apartment, and upon arrival, we were told that it was not available they had to give us 2 separate hotel rooms, and the floors creeked so much in the hotel rooms. The next day, they said they would move all our luggage to our 2 bed apartment. We arrived after 10pm, exhausted from a long day to the 2 bed apartment and to find no luggage, which they only sorted out then. I was really dissasapointed with my stay, no one has yet contacted me to refund me with the difference in regard to the 1st night, apparently it's run by a private person under the name of kobus and the hotel refused to give me his contact details. The reception staff were really friendly and nice. The breakfast staff are not competent enough for a hotel like the TAJ.

Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a very nice dinner at Bombay Brasserie

Luxury stay and the apartment exceeded our expectation. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating at all times.

Reception staff treated us differently from hotel guests.
