"There was no assistance to resolve either the internet issue nor the water issue"

The location of the property was perfect and exactly where I expected it to be

We had no internet. We called the manager to advise of this and he informed us there was a problem with the internet in the whole town. This was not the case and nothing was ever done about it. We also had no water at all for two days - totally unacceptable. What made it worse was on the first day there was no offer to provide us with any.

"Great Location"

Chase this place because of it's location in the centre of Tropea and this was indeed very good. The apartment is on two floors, modern and well laid out.

Too many little things and an inadequate response to one of them dulled our satisfaction. Why was there nothing with which to light the gas and most importantly the basin of the bathroom sink did not drain as it should have and nobody came to resolve this despite multiple requests.
