L'appartamento era pulitissimo all'arrivo, il check in è facile e la proprietaria fa davvero tutto il possibile perché l'esperienza sia buona.

Molto rumore la notte in strada, d'estate tenendo le finestre aperte purtoppo si sente. Un po' di difficoltà ad ottenere acqua tiepida nella doccia con i due miscelatori. Alcune piccole luci della cucina non funzionavano, ma la proprietaria si è comunque interessata per rimediare.

The host was very kind and attentive and responsive. Great location next to hiking trails. Place was clean

The money seems to be more important than the guests. The dishwasher is broken, and instead of fixing/replacing it the host has opted to put a laminated sign on it saying to not use it. No option to control the temperature of the flat because the thermostat has been blocked, presumably to further reduce costs of the place. Everything seems intended to widen the margin as far as possible, with as little work incurred on the side of the host. One of those apartment stays that made me feel guilty for contributing to such a system.
