Bathroom- my sink has no cold water so the water is so hot, the shower head is broken, no trash bin in the toilet, and the towels are too small.
MYMYMYLove the nature and calm environment. Easy check in. Parking spots are easy to find.
Low water pressure in the sink. Toilet cover was dismantled when we arrived, had to adjust it ourselves. We had trouble closing the bathroom wooden sliding door (stuck near the end of the rail, probably due floor problem/damp)
MYMYMYThe room, easy parking. Do note that the swimming pool offered is only the one at the main building as this is a private unit. But host was attentive enough. Fridge is a bonus. Cozy feeling.
The four other pools that this resort offered are located at the sports center, and THESE pools can be used with some fees (complimentary only for Hotel guests under the official hotel bookings). My bad, I only noticed the facilities listed under the booking.com for this unit is just 1 swimming pool, which is the 2nd level at the hotel building only. Would've been great if host could provide the map/guidelines and fees of the facilities provided as the resort is quite big. Oh. The water pressure especially the bidet is VERY low. The sliding door of the washroom is stuck and can't be closed properly
