ITGBGreat location. Bed was good but sofa bed not that comfortable. Clean and tidy, everything worked as it should do.
Luggage storage area was unlocked/open upon our return to collect our bags. I know it's at the travellers risk hence while I'm mentioning it to other travellers.
AUWhen the washing machine didn't work, the manager offered to have the staff pick up our laundry and wash it themselves. This was all organized very efficiently on WhatsApp. I couldn't have been more delighted with the personal service.

NZGreat location, in walking distance from everything, right above a pastry shop. Spacious, clean and professional apartment. Internet was reliable.
The keys were not in the safe box. Thankfully the cleaning crew had the key.
