USLocation was good. Bathroom was very nice.
Communication was virtually nonexistent. They insisted on a third party online check in service that didn’t work. An Italian speaking friend called ahead the day before and confirmed our stay and we gave them the time we would arrive. We arrived exactly on time but the door was locked and nobody answered when we rang the bell. Eventually a waitress from the restaurant across the street was able to help us and a cleaning lady let us in. It took another half hour to get access to our room. The room itself, apart from the spectacular bathroom, was a soulless mish -mash . When I went to get cups from a cupboard a shelf fell on my head. No injury.

Era abbastanza pulito ma per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo una pulizia più attenta. Lo specchio era sporco e in bagno c’era del calcare, nulla di grave ma per quello che ho pagato mi aspetto un’attenzione più accurata per i dettagli

ITPosizione ottima, centralissima a Bologna con parcheggi nelle vicinanze, camera pulita e apprezzato molto la macchina del caffè con cialde e bottiglia d'acqua
Purtroppo non andava il telecomando della TV in camera e nemmeno i led luminosi, si sentivano abbastanza i rumori dal piano superiore
