Very spacious room

I love the room it self however it was really cold and the AC/heating is not strong enough to warm the room up

The location is good and near to town. Excellent view, and good space outside the room for standing. Very nice structure and interior

The AC heater was bad, didn’t warm up the room at all. Was just blowing hot air at one spot. (Or maybe the temperature outside was too cold for the AC to handle) im not too sure how room heater should work as its my first time using such AC. Water heater was working properly only for a few minutes, after that i wont be able to adjust the temperature. So had to rush and shower every time.

Nice spacious room, comfy bed and good shower. Very pretty garden area. Helpful guy on reception even though he has little English. I checked out early due to no onsite restaurant and wasn’t charged so appreciated owners understanding of my needs.

Description was inaccurate as regards to restaurant onsite as there wasn’t any. My reason for selecting accommodation outside of Sapa centre was for convenience of food onsite. This was the only accommodation I stayed in that had no complimentary bottled water and most expensive.

The homestay is located a bit outside of SaPa village so it's more quiet with an amazing view on the mountains. It is walking distance to the town, it took us around 20 mins walking to get to the center. Rooms and the whole homestay are nicely decorated and very clean and the garden is pretty and well maintained with lot of nooks to sit down and chat. There's space to grill and some tables. There's also space to sit and socialize on the shared terrace.

The owners do not speak English but use Google translate. Not a problem in general but makes the interactions more complicated. We booked a big room but where told on arrival there was a problem with the room so we got a much smaller one. Then it seemed that the big room was simply taken by someone else. Windows in our room were big but there was kind of shared balcony where people were passing to get to their rooms, so we had to keep curtains shut for privacy and couldn't really enjoy the view from the room. In booking.com we chose option with breakfast. However be aware there is not breakfast in the homestay. When we went asking for it, they took us to a pho place next door and paid and next day ordered a delivery. If you are a light sleeper, also be aware that the homestay is next to a road and trucks passing at night can be loud. No payment by credit card even though it says credit cards are accepted.

Very cozy place to visit Sapa! It's a little walk to town and the rooms had a wonderful view. As most Vietnam places, they offer just Pho for breakfast, but we liked the experience!

Really clean rooms/homestay. Location is just outside the center, so small walk or catching a grab in the night is easy. Staff also really helpful and friendly! Renting a scooter is possible as well. ( would recommend this for catching some of the highlights of Sa Pa)

For me nothing, but some would argue about a language barrier I guess. In my opinion i’m a visitor in Vietnam, so with the usage of google Translate it’s perfectly fine and manageable. (And fun even.)

We enjoyed our stay so much! The room had an amazing view with big Windows and the beds were really comfortable. The communication works good with a translator and they were so nice. We would stay there again next time.

Very nice and welcoming place, clean and cosy room.

Very loud group checked in and keeping everyone awake until 2-3am, staff did not do anything about it. Not recommended if you need to wake early for hiking or travelling...
