La struttura e' in pieno centro a Formia e a due passi dall'imbarco dei traghetti per le isole. Le stanze sono nuove, ben organizzate e pulite. Pur essendo in centro e' disponibile una corte interna dove poter accedere con l'auto il tempo necessario per scaricare le valigie.
Giusto un piccolo dettaglio: fuori dalla finestra del bagno c'e' un po' di materiale accatastato e disordinato.
