Lovely and well-equipped studio/apartment! The Nepresso machine was a great bonus! The host was quick to communicate and address inquiries.

Great location, cozy apartment

Bed could have been better

The perfect little ,hidden and quiet spot for people who are trying to spend some time away from the big city. The whole Pelion area is magical, and Milina is one of the nicest villages there. You wake up and you hear bird songs, then you sit outside on the porch to have your coffee, looking and the sea. You have the sea meters away from your doorstep and forests and hills behind you. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. The kitchen area is a bit small but you have enough amenities to prepare a breakfast or a quick meal on the stove. And when you have several good taverns at just 5 minutes walking distance - who is looking forward to cooking while on vacation anyway:) The host, Dimitra, is very polite, friendly and responsive. Definitely coming back in the future!

Shower and toilet together

Very nice place, some appartements have direct sea view. Clean and comfortable, you have your own terrace at your room and bedchairs are available on the beach.

A possible extra sales option is to offer to potential guest a breakfast voucher for the place next door, so that you can offer a rooms with breakfast.

location 10+ nespresso is nice touch :)
