Cabo Break Hotel

I didn't like that we passed the place a few times because it had no name outside. So hard to find! No clear directions either. The hygiene products provided were super cheap and not enough for a couple like my husband and I. Other than that, staff was super friendly, the restaurant was delicious, room was very clean!

Hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located on the beach. The staff was outstanding!!! 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location away from the super busy downtown Cabo, located by a couple beautiful swimming and surfing beaches (with waves for beginners and advanced) and a surf school. No breakfast included but two near by restaurants had great food options all day, and truly excellent sea food and fresh juice/smoothies at the Pescadito Break restaurant which is basically in the hotel lobby. As a bonus, small convenience store at the top of the drive way. Easy 30 min Uber to downtown Cabo to go out if one desires. Room was clean, partial view of the beach even from the one which did not oficially had a beach view. Everything as expected, polite staff.

Pescadito Break restaurant and other surrounding restaurants played really loud music with a DJ starting well before dinner and continuing late into the night/morning. This was amplified by oppressively loud local music coming from a sea food community market under the local bridge on Sunday, and lasting almost until 4am. Noice cancelling headphones we brought were a huge blessing (and an absolute must have!) but don't expect a good night's sleep on a weekend here :(

Lovely all around. Friendly and easy to deal with. Adjoined restaurant is top notch mariscos and craft cocktails. Relaxing and really enjoyed.

Amazingly clean and comfortable rooms. Very nicely built. The views are unbeatable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

The small (11 room), new hotel is very clean and comfortable. We paid a little more for a spectacular 2nd floor oceanfront room, absolutely worth it! Staff is very friendly and helpful, with adequate English. We loved the attached (though unaffiliated) Pescadito Break restaurant. Wonderful breakfasts. Next to that, Zippers restaurant is a more typical, slightly louder beachside restaurant. Snorkeling beaches and other sights (San Jose, Cabo San Lucas) are all 10-20 minutes away. We Ubered easily, never waited more than 5 minutes for a car. A great spot.

We had one of the deluxe ocean view rooms which meant we had a huge room with the most amazing view of the ocean. We watched whales and rays from a wonderful huge balcony. The hotel is right on the beach. The room was wonderful, spacious and comfy. The staff were so helpful and sweet. There are two restaurants very close, both good. A small convenience store for water, beer, etc. 1 minute away. You can walk for 15 - 20 minutes along the beach to get to a grocery store, Starbucks, other restaurants. Ubers easy to get if you want to grab an Uber anytime.

Beautiful property but hard to find and close to highway noise

Beautiful location right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but only had a couch in the living area. There was no coffee table or end tables to set anything so we brought small table and chairs in from the balcony. There was a fair amount of street noise and on the weekends large empty lot next door becomes a local partying area. Vans with large speakers blasted music and the police came on one of the evenings. Too bad because this ws otherwise a very nice stay.
