Pre organised the a king bed In the second bedroom, unfortunately this request wasn’t met, very warm in bedrooms in the summertime, difficult to cool
NZI was contacted via cellphone very politely and professionally, I could ask question’s directly. Then messages were sent to booking.com checking to see if everything was good with reminders about exiting property. The property had everything required as a home away from home, it was comfortable, warm, well presented, exactly what was seen on website. We look forward to our next stay thank you.
