The colors house

We had a great time in The Colors House. The owner was super helpful and stayed in contact with us during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything that was necessary for us such as a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, towels etc.

The only thing that we didn't like was an online check-in system which caused a lot of trouble and stress as it didn't work properly on our mobile phones.

The apartment is fully equipped and clean, spacious and pretty close to stores, caffès and restaurants. 25 min walk from city center, 15 min walk from train station. I recommend Il Desiderio good local pizzeria. The host, Anna was very kind and helpful giving us recommendations.

Temperature pretty chill, even though we set the temperature higher it will then decrease to to 10-12 degrees, the good this is the apartment can be heated with AC

Beds are very comfortable, modern kitchen, very clean and welcoming. The access is super convenient with the phone to unlock doors. Great management by the owner!

Parking is a bit difficult around.

Very friendly and ready to help host. We liked the tastefully decorated bedrooms and comfortable beds. Good localization.

The general condition of the apartment is slightly worse than in the photos, but still OK. There is not enough water to cook during the day and for 4 people to take a shower. You need to remember this and use the water sparingly.

It was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The location was good, near the coast, the shops are close to the apartment. The owner was nice and eager to help.

The location is good, it’s a 15 min walk from the old town of Bari, the rooms are big and well equipped, the bada are comfortable and the sleepwear were new and clean. We had a compliment by the host cold water which was well appreciated together with coffe and the. The kitchen is fully equipped if you need to clock there.

Where was no elevator so we had to walk until the 3rd floor, but the think that really surprised me negatively is the missing water in the appartment due to some specific structure in the town , I understood by the host. Basically you have water but not later in the evening so if you take shower you do it until 5 pm for instance because later could be a problem. However this wasn’t something that we expected but we managed to arranged once it become clear .

This place is awesome. Anna is a wonderful host and not just because of the wine that awaits you at the table. The apartment is furnished with great taste. There is everything you need that you can think of.

The apartment is just beautiful, equipped with everything you might need, very comfortable. We loved the location - walking distance both to the beach and the old town, with lots of shops and cafe’s nearby. Great contact with the owner and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch :)

Third floor without elevator - no problem for us but some people might find that difficult. Also the self check-in process was a bit weird, although we appreciated that we could do it online.
