The lobby music… it was so loud. In the dining room as well as in the corridors.

Located in the old building, cleanliness was okay but not great The toilet wasn't clean on the walls (leave it your imagination as to what was on the walls) flush also kept getting stuck and not working, lots of dust where it's clear it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Tv had limited options and internet was not reliable either. Only one elevator was working and always seemed to be in use making it annoying to get to the room (8th floor) The stairwell had not been cleaned or regularly cleaned, lots of dust on railings and litter everywhere. The restaurant was okay the food was not great limited options and buffet style most of the food was cold. Staff are also quite rude and not attentive had to call them over multiple times just for a beverage. Power cuts are constant although they didn't last long at all in the two day stay we had 13 power cuts. Not ideal especially when trying to access the elevator. The price was okay but for the overall quality of the staff and room and building we were located in you could find better. The hotel has a sign saying it's working in becoming a 5 star hotel just don't see this being possible as the quality is far from this at the moment. Would rate it as a 3 star not 4 as advertised on some websites.
