This apartment never disappoints. This was our second time in it and it’s always a pleasure to stay in this centrally located, beautiful, modern little flat. The host is always nice and accommodating. We love that it has a garage with it, we do have a little car when we visit and free parking is always appreciated. We will be back for sure!

This is a long one, but worth a read if you are considering staying at KATA Apartment!! The experience of booking was arduous and time consuming and the hosts communication was very poor and at times non-existent. I needed the help of a Booking.com personal to step in last minute to help me as the host was not forthcoming with the door code to enter the building and not responding to my messages. The host (Kata) agreed that l would present our passports upon arrival. This was pre discussed and agreed but Kata decided to change her mind and did not communicate this to me on the afternoon of arrival. Kata did not reply to my messages at all. She only responded when Booking.com called & emailed her to respond and give me the door code to enter apartment. I spent over 1 hour on the phone to booking.com as they navigated Kata to communicate. On the booking.com website for the listing there is no clear indication that the host wants all photo identification sent to a private gmail account. This is very dangerous and Booking.com advise against this, the host was not able to advise of another way or willing to accommodate my request to show identification upon arrival. Upon arrival the host (Kata) did not realize that l understand the Hungarian language and used words like "they F***ed up my night" and many other terrible swear words in Hungarian aimed at myself, husband & son. Kata even asked us to "leave the apartment" when she wanted to scan our passports into her mobile phone and we asked her not to, her husband (Thomas) had to step in and asked her in Hungarian to stop behaving badly. Thomas advised her that photos are not essential for the booking process as last guests also refused allowing Kata to take a photo of their passport & i.d card I would like to acknowledge that if Thomas was not present upon our arrival, Kata would have thrown us out onto the street as we were not willing to allow her to photo/scan our passports.

- Amazing location right in the centre - Excellent A/C - Nice comfortable couch, decent TV and good kitchen area

- Parking is a disaster. You have to somehow find parking in the center (if any is available), run up to the apartment, collect the key in the lockbox.....to gain access to the parking lot. Very little thought has gone into this process by the owner. - There is no elevator on the ground floor. With suitcases, it is a tough climb. - There is a lot of construction work going on in the apartment next door, and the drilling, banging, sawing, etc. is very very loud early morning. Do not stay here if you want to wake up after 8am.

The location was perfect to discover Győr. The modern apartment is situated in a historical building in the very centre. The parking is close to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the city centre, located in an old historical building, equipped with everything. Communication with Katalin is perfect, instructions are clear and easy to follow. The parking is of great help. Small details (aircondition on, water and fruits) were very appreciated. Shops and restaurants are in the vecinity. We had a short, but great stay in a wonderful apartment located in the beautiful small town of Győr.

Nothing to complain.

It is an absolutely beautiful apartment in the middle of downtown Győr. Perfect location, the free parking that it came with was big for us. The flat has a lot of fun features, almost every day we discovered something new and fun about it. Someone put a lot of thought into designing this space and they did a good job. Would rent it again for sure.

One of the nicest apartments we ever stayed in, someone definitely has the sense for decoration and design :) Apartments is smaller size, but all is there for comfortable stay. All is new and modern, fully functional. You have all you can need, including coffee machine, kettle, full kitchen, toiletries, even fresh fruits on the table. Communication with host was really professional, and the instructions (even long and seemed complicated) were very precise with images to explain better. Location is top center. We parked car 200m away on the street, wasn't hard to find place to park.

No elevator, just a warning if you have heavy luggage (1st floor).
