La localisation était parfaite, on se sentait en sécurité dans ce lieu.

Nous n’étions pas 100% à l’aise (propreté, équipements assez vieux…)

Très bien situé, récupération des clefs facile, très complet : cuisine, frigo, salle de bain

Le logement n'étais pas très propre. Nous sommes tombées sur un énorme cafard dans la salle de bain : cela peut arriver dans un pays du sud mais cela ne devrait pas arriver dans un logement de vacances. Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire mais rien n'a été fait. Le logement ne ressemblait pas aux photos : très sombre et humide.

Apartamento muy acogedor en el corazón de Siracusa, concretamente en la isla de Ortigia.

Muy húmedo y un poco zulo. Horrible para aparcar, ya que dentro de la isla solo puedes hacerlo con un permiso especial que te dan los anfitriones de alojamientos. Nosotros solo conseguimos uno para acceder pero no para aparcar... cada día paseo de 20-30min para aparcar o pagar 20€ en un parking disuasorio. La ducha funciona con poca presión y faltan utensilios de cocina.

Although the location in the centre of Ortigia is excellent and check-in/check-out was easy with a coded lockbox, the apartment itself needs better maintenance.

The strongest issue was the overwhelming smell of damp/sewage inside the apartment, which made it very uncomfortable to stay and impossible to eat there. The toilet was not fixed to the floor, an electrical socket was protruding from the wall, and the place was noticeably smaller than shown in the photos. We also found unwashed cutlery in the kitchen, a very dusted shelf in the bathroom and opened drinks left in the fridge.

Situata al centro di Ortigia, piccola ma accogliente e pratica...ottima per brevi soggiorni...

Nota dolente il bagno, ci ha creato non pochi disagi... Spero possano risolvere i problemi riscontrati per rendere l'alloggio più confortevole...
