"Didnt stay becuase they didnt give room"

After booking thru your site, i called them for extra bed. But an arrogant lady told that there are no rooms and dont waste money by paying advance to through your site. They didnt even have the courtesy to call and inform me about this. Worst service by booking.com and the irrersponsible behaviour of the hotel. Why are they listing online if they are not sure of giving rooms???? Waste of time going through your site.
