- Host was lovely. Welcoming not to over the top. - Bathroom was fab, the dressing gowns were top notch, as were the showers gels/shampoos. - View was lovely. - Well placed in the town. Very close to everything, but tucked away enough that you don't become disturbed. - We didn't have the breakfast.

Our room had a private but separate bathroom, which was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and attractively decorated. Seaforth is well-situated for easy access to the town, harbour and beaches. The view of the sea and harbour from the bay window in our room was a constant delight. There was a generous wardrobe with plenty of free-floating, wooden hangers.

The room was a bit cluttered. An improvement we would suggest is to replace the wide full-length mirror and small cabinet with three sock-drawers, which were against one wall, with a proper chest of drawers and a mirror over it. All our clothes came away impregnated with the unpleasing scent of the laundry detergent used, which is true of many B&Bs and hotels. We don't understand why scentless cleaners are not used, as it means everything has to be washed once we get home.
