Lokalita byla klidná, v dosahu obchodů s potravinami. Výborné bylo parkování v uzavřeném dvoře.

Nedostatečná vybavenost kuchyňským nádobím, nepohodlné postele, proleželé matrace, chyběl sušák na prádlo ( na plavky, osušky ).
