To be honest I really liked the whole place I loved the comfort and the neatness however upon the arrival we realised there wasn’t any towels and looked everywhere to find a small towel and used that which we left in the place when leaving them the owner had messaged me the following day at 5 the evening after I left 4am the morning to say of the towels that I “stoled” I told the owner there wasn’t towels and I didn’t message them because I made use of the small towel i demanded the video footage showing they had put towels in the apartment as I can honestly say there wasn’t any, now they accusing me of taking their towels I wanted proof of footage showing that they had place the towels and video of me leaving because I didn’t have many bags but my handbag which was visible to see so now they want to make as if I’m a thief whereby I can honestly say there wasn’t any

Location is good

Booking.com is nonsense. Every time I use this booking. Com I’ll have a problem. This apartment told me they are fully booked and already my money was gone, I had to contact the lady who was in charge of the apartment who told me the place is fully booked, I had book another place. And the lady told me to come the next day, I went there and the place was not ready I had to wait for more than 30 mnts outside because the cleaner was still busy. I’m enough with booking.com it’s the fourth time now finding my self sleeping on the street

The location was convenient and close to many shops, but overall my stay was very unpleasant. The water was not hot, and only one towel was placed on the bed. When I called to request another, the staff member said she would leave it at reception and let me know, but that never happened. The room itself was far too small to move around comfortably, and no Wi-Fi password was provided. What made the experience even worse was that my accommodation was canceled despite the fact that I had paid well in advance. I had dropped off my luggage early in the morning but checked in later, and because of this, they canceled my booking without notice. This left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. For just one night it turned out to be a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to others.

The shower water leaks into the toilet space everytime you take a shower. This should be fixed as a matter of urgency.
