Capsule style bed felt incredibly private and was comfortable.

Before you book this, know that it’s a coworking space. I felt incredibly uncomfortable going in and feeling like I was disrupting everyone working in the common area. That said, this hostel was not social at all. Maybe I got unlucky with the crowd when I was there but it seems like the only people who were socializing were those who were working. The bathrooms were filthy; however, I did hear from other travellers that Mexico City as a whole doesn’t have the most clean hostels so maybe this is normal for the area. It was just a bit of a shock for me based on the photos that I saw when I booked the property. The temperature of the shower was also either boiling hot or ice cold. This was not ideal as it was 4° when I was in Mexico City and I could barely stand in the hot shower without burning my skin. There is no receptionist or on-site staff so you literally just walk in and find your bed yourself which I thought was a bit weird. The towel provided smelt like urine and the fleece blanket on my bed had sticky brown stains on it. If there had been a receptionist on site, I would’ve complained, but the only means of communication was through a WhatsApp that directed me to a bot. The front door was broken for half of my stay meaning that it couldn’t lock at night. My door for my dorm room could not be locked either. Thankfully, the area felt safe, but as a solo female traveler, this puts me on edge knowing that anyone could just walk in at any time.

Facilities are pretty new and the capsules are good. Position is pretty great. Super great potential.

The bathroom of my room hasn't been cleaned for 4 straight nights. Just one person running the place with no volunteers, no chat on WhatsApp and you might se no one working for 1 or 2 days, you can really feel that(I didn't mind I knew the city and I was meeting friends outside the hostel but I guess it can be bad for travelers). A bit pricey but considering the prices of the city it was fine.

Location is good.

There was black mold in the bathroom. And there was rarely anyone working there, Alfonso was only there to check people in and then he would disappear. Avoid this place.

Honestly, one of the best hostel's I've been in Mexico city. Location is great, cabins are super spacious and comfortable, the sliding doors are fantastic for privacy. Clean and the staff is great. Loved it.
