The shower was far too hot to shower, as the temperature could not be lowered. The bathrooms could do with a proper clean too.

I have stayed at the UCO Juarez location twice before it closed and loved it, but the Roma location was a disappointment.

The first room I stayed in was horrible, it had no windows and smelled damp and unhealthy. To the hostels credit they were helpful in letting me move to a different room, although it still didn't have any windows, but at least there seemed to be some fresh air coming from somewhere. I strongly believe if the room you are offering doesn't have any windows it should be clearly stated in the description. During my stay there were no regular staff or receptionist except a cleaner. The welcoming and social experience I loved at the Juarez location was not present here. I am sad to say I am highly unlikely to return again.

Die Lage ist super! Außerdem hat man dank der Kabinen viel Privatsphäre .

Es war leider nicht so sauber :( Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde kaum geputzt, das Bad war immer schmutzig. Neben meiner Matratze lag eine alte Zahnbürste… die Dusche kannte leider auch nur den Modus kochendheiß. Preis/Leistung fand ich daher nicht so passend.
