La posizione della casa è ottima, si trova a pochi metri dalla piazzetta e c è un supermercato difronte La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita Ci hanno accolti con dei biscotti, acqua e macchina e cialde per il caffè, cose che di solito non sono incluse Struttura

Posizione ottima, ben collegata con l'autobus, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta di Capri.

Appartamento trascurato, letto matrimoniale rotto, (a differenza di quanto era scritto) mancanza di piano cottura, forno ed utensili, dosatori del sapone rotti. Non lo consiglierei x un soggiorno.

Αρχικά ο αυτος που το ενοικιάζει ή διαχειρίζεται το δωμάτιο δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ. μας έστελνε να παίξουμε το παιχνίδι του χαμένου θησαυρού για να βρούμε το κλειδί του δωματίου, και όταν επικοινωνούσαμε τηλεφωνικά μαζί του γιατί δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε το κλειδί, αυτός χαζογελούσε. Απαράδεκτο. Η εξώπορτα του δωματίου ήταν μισή πόρτα μισή τζαμαρία η οποία ήταν ραγισμένη, και επιπλέον δεν είχε κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα από τις 6 το πρωί να μας χτυπάει ο ήλιος Και η κλειδαριά της σαν αυτή που έχω στην αποθήκη μου... Το δωμάτιο ήταν μια τρύπα, βρώμικο και βρωμούσε μούχλα. Ευτυχώς το είχαμε κλείσει μόνο για μια βραδιά.

Location

I am extremely dissatisfied with the value for money of this accommodation. The room was in poor condition: it smelled strongly of mold, there were ants crawling around, and spider webs both in the kitchen and bathroom. The towels provided were stained, which is completely unacceptable. To reach the property, you have to walk through a long, narrow path with no lighting whatsoever. We had to use the flashlights on our phones just to see where we were going. Additionally, the stairs leading into the room were dangerously narrow — barely wide enough for a person to walk on safely. The overall condition of the place was nowhere near acceptable for the price of €215 per night. At best, it would be worth €60 per night — and that only because of its central location in Capri, not because of any actual quality or comfort provided by the property.

The location is really good. It is in the city center of Capri. Between Marina Piccola and Marina Grande

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the kitchen facilities neither. For the amount we paid, we were expecting a lot more

Probably everything. The place smelled like it was closed for the last year, tried to cancel without penalty but the owner didn’t accept the request. He offered to send someone to come clean again but I explained that the problem wasn’t the cleaning but the smell, even told him to come check for himself but nothing. We left the same day after 1h of the checkin and came back the last day just to rest before our boat back to Naples. Not worth it . My friend came and broth some products to try to get rid of the smell but nothing. We left the day before out checkout. Dirty pillows and some stains in the sheets too

The owner was friendly and allowed us to check out bit late but we did check out earlier. 5 minutes walking to Capri center. Bus station just there.

Very old location. Water lackage from the shower. Bed not comfortable. It was a slided closet bed. Bad smell as no sun entering at all. Price bit expensive regarding the room.
