disponibilità dell'Host ad anticipare l'orario del ceck in alle 12 e nel fornire informazioni.

Purtroppo le aspettative sulla camera deluxe non corrisppondevano allo standard di una camera classificata come tale. infatti gli arredi non erano in buone condizioni(letto, doccia e muri scrostati).Inoltre abbiamo passato una notte insonne a causa delle numerose zanzare presenti nella stanza, forse anche dovute alla mancanza di zanzariera alla finestra, zanzariera peraltro risultante tra i servizi della struttura. Ed inoltre, non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi di caffè e bevande gentilmente offerti agli ospiti, non risultando pulite le macchinette( cialda usata non recente ancora attaccata alla macchinetta).
