Location - Very quite though it is very close to busy area & road junction Cleanness - Facilities are maintained well; Neat & Clean View - Surrounding is very scenic from top floors Breakfast - Table service

For two persons stay only one Towel & one Soap are kept; In spite of asking for one more, no response

Room was very small. I didn't get the room,whatever shown while booking online

They did not provide soap and shampoo. Even I asked them to get, they reached me after 30 minutes. Hot water kittle not working there. Room was very small, the toilet size was like on the train. Totally worst experience for the money. Very very bad experience

Tariff is reasonable and food is also reasonable.

Parking is not good. Parking on a slope is not comfortable

Location

Initially they gave Room number 101 ac was leaking, they changed room to 305, door not locking. Then to 105. All the rooms bed were hard. You don't feel like you gone to a hotel. This lost its charm. Better avoid it.

Staff were friendly. Especially room service and the restaurant staff. They did cover up for the lack of facilities

The curtains were broken. Room was filled with smell of cigarette smoke. Linens are not clean. Water heater did not work properly
