Not enough parking, though we asked for non-smoking rooms the allotted rooms were smelling. We also felt the rooms to be quite cramped. Hot water kettle is not availble in room and we had to ask twice to get a working one. We also found that we paid almost double the price when compared to their usual walk-in pricing.

The breakfast is very good and the food prices are reasonable.

time spent for check in formalities was long and should be reduced.

Location and Attitude of Lady receptionist. Window side view is marvellous, because of hills. Same is applicable for breakfast floor. Reception room look is fantastic.

Attitude of Gent receptionist. No foot mat provided at Bathroom entrance. It seems that almost all staff are under training. Initial Room allotted was a mess. Staff came to know that bell is ringing. So they thought some body is there in the room. Sothey didnot open the room. Finally third person came & opened it. No one was there inside the room as they guessed. But room was not cleaned by HK, after previous check out. Finally they have allotted a room for me in different floor.But TV remote was not working there. Even after complaining to reception, no one turned up for changing the remote or to start television. So my whole stay, I had spend without television. Buffe system is not there. So we will not get variety of foods in breakfast. Idli and poori has been served.
