PLThe apartment is amazing! A wonderful view from the balcony. Very spacious, nice new interior. Perfect for two families. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was always in contact and helped with every question in a friendly and timely manner. We were welcomed by delicious fresh pastries🥐 & chilled prosecco🥂 It was a very pleasant family reunion, and we’ll keep warm memories about this place!
PLvery nice and well equipped apartment. a nice surprise in the fridge as a welcome - thank you :) very comfortable beds. We traveled as two families, 4 adults and two children. The apartment can be seen after renovation, everything is new. However, the biggest surprise was the view from the windows and terrace. an unforgettable experience. The photos do not do it justice, so it is worth going and seeing for yourself :). right next to the apartment there is a local cafe with delicious coffee and grappa :) about 10 minutes walk from the apartment into the town there is a very well-equipped market. Sale Marasino is a very pleasant and quiet place. An ideal place for trips around Iseo Lake. I highly recommend it :)
the only minus we encountered was the lack of towel racks or a foldable dryer so they could dry. a washing machine would also be useful, but I guess the owner will install it soon :)
LVThis is my 7th trip to Italy, but unfortunately, this was the worst apartment. For 5 nights we paid 1250 euros, there were 7 of us, for this money we got shabby walls, one even had a hole, a broken door lock, a broken mop, which was impossible to clean, it was not possible to do wet cleaning, since there was no mop for wet cleaning, the towel holders in the bathroom were broken, there was no shower gel holders, there was only one soap in first bathroom, in the other there was none, there were no clothes hangers in any closet, there was no kettle, I could not make tea for my children, there were no blankets for children upon arrival, they brought 2 incomprehensible bedspreads without duvet covers, and the worst thing was that there was no way to throw out the trash in the container near the house, the owner said that the trash is taken out once a week and suggested storing it on the terrace, on which I would like to drink coffee in the morning enjoying the views, and not with garbage. To confirm my words I will attach photographs.
LTEasy parking. Great views. A terrace. Two toilets. Great air conditioning situation (for summer or for winter). Plenty of space in general. Quiet spot, so you can sleep with your windows open.
(1) The situation with trash needs a better approach. The guests should have access to different bins, and a schedule of when to place these bins outside. When we stayed, this wasn't the case, we had to sort this with numerous calls/discussions. (2) The kitchen lacks any storage for e.g. pasta, oil, paper towels – there should have been a cupboard on the wall, but there isn't. So if you plan to cook anything... you have the stove, and the fridge, and the dishwasher, but the cooking space is overcrowded and it's a mess.
