I liked the fact that it was close to the marina.

The shower in the master room needs fixing, and needs to be cleaned more properly because I found hair that clearly wasn’t mine. There is a gentleman that lives on the 1st floor of the apartment that was controlling us and that left me and my family very uncomfortable and unhappy. He he’s noisy and clearly mind peoples business, On the day of the check out 11.11.2024 he literally heard us coming out of the apartment and he came downstairs “running “ and pretended that he was locking the door that give us access to the stairs and all floors as in he wanted to make sure everyone was out. He started asking questions and behaving like he’s … I don’t even wanna say. It left me very uncomfortable. He originally said if I could wait for my Uber outside of the building because he wanted to lock the door . So now why would I wait outside of the building that I payed my stay? He then waited outside until I got inside the uber and was acting weird and he proceeded to go inside the building and pretended again that he was looking the doors ! He literally was making sure that we’d left without making a try back to the apartment. He is not a concierge he is someone A NEIGHBOUR THAT thinks that he owns all the property. It is not good, because while we stayed there he was controlling us. Plus you can even see that the apartment was located in less developed area of Olhão, the locals didn’t bother us, BUT THIS NEIGHBOUR REALLY BOTHERED US.

Beautiful apartment fabulous pool. Very welcoming staff. Walk to everything. Marina area and town beautiful and lovely restaurants

The view wasn't great. The apartment was overlooking building site and run down flats with lots of motorbikes to and fro. Also lots of dogs barking on other side of building. Would need earplugs if light sleeper.

Great communication from the Host, helpful and friendly. Location was great for us as a base to travel around the Algarve. Parking is free and right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

Very noisy at night, there is a construction site opposite the bedroom and they worked during the night. There is also a street and you can hear all the cars passing by. There are also dogs in the neighborhood, barking during the night. The dishes were not properly washed when we arrived. The fridge and dishwasher smelled.

Huge apartment with loads of room. Host was friendly and helpful with the key drop off. The apartment has everything you could need during a stay, including washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee etc etc. Rooftop pool was lovely.
