Zimmer war geräumig und neu. Personal bemüht und freundlich.

Alles war geschlossen (Dachterassen-Restaurant, Pools,…). Blick trotz Buchung von Meerblick-Zimmer nicht Richtung Meer. Unfassbar überteuertes Frühstück.

The property is newly built, room was very clean with really good facilities and exceptional location. Although it rained during most of our stay, I can imagine this being a really good spot for a sunny holiday.

I firmly believe that the staff of any rental accommodation make or break the guests' experience. My honest feedback: 1. Buffet breakfast is advertised on booking.com however we were given a tradition platter and when asked, my husband was told that there is no buffet for under 5 guests. 2. I've travelled across different locations and stayed in multiple hotels, rarely come across issues in bringing food to our rooms from outside. In this instance, I was unwell and asked my husband to bring us food from outside, he was stopped by a hotel staff, Mr. Selami, who was quite rude and a big fuss was made about my husband bringing food to our own room, which we paid for. No where in the policies did it say to not bring food from outside, so perhaps that is something that can be conveyed to guests before a big fuss is made about it. 3. Upon checking out, the reception staff made someone go check our room despite us telling them that we didn't use their "premium water" or snacks. I understand the need to charge for usage of minibar within the rooms, however there are more classy ways to go about it than to make your guests feel small. Whilst we waited for our taxi to pick us up, my husband was called over multiple times to confirm we didn't use any extra services. This just came across very cheap and tacky, not something you would expect from a supposed 3 star hotel. All in all, what could have been a really enjoyable stay and a regular hotel for us to visit, was ruined by unfortunate interactions with hotel staff. I believe if the staff can work on their behaviour towards their guests, this hotel can do really well.

Великолепный отель! Всё современно, красиво, отличный дизайн, прекрасный вид и хорошая постель. Завтрак в лучших турецких традициях! Приедем ещё.

Hotel l9cation is good, property is new and convenient. Staff need to be more trained, and speak English.
