Hygiene needs improvement Basic things in the room like soap etc need to be provided considering the amount charged for 01 night - handwash / soap etc were empty Towels were not clean / upto mark - I think amount charged is more considering facility and stay - No lift available in property Also booking cancelled by property in records even though I stayed and paid there Overall - charges are more for the facility and stay
