The 4th of July evening buffet - not in standards of the hotel. Poorly done and food terrible

Staff excellent. They couldn't do more for us. Especially the team around the pool and Grill. The 100 meter pool is AMAZING, and the beach is too. Very-very clean. this really is a brilliant hotel and we LOVED staying there

They didn't have any Coke Zero / Diet Coke, Pepsi Max in the bars. Really annoying. The airport transport home was a massive cock up. For a family of five, only a car (two actually) turned up to take us. But of a panic but they made it. Food more expensive than it ought to be. Barbados prices

My friend & I loved everything about this hotel & would give it 6 stars if we could! We travel a lot & have stayed in many nice hotels, but this one is in the top 2 favorites of ours. Facilities were gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. It was the little things throughout our stay that made this hotel feel like 6 stars over 5 stars, such as the welcome drink upon arrival, welcome local chocolate in our room, motorized curtains (including blackout curtains) in the room, free little snacks/treats brought to us throughout the day at the pool/beach, the free Coola sunscreen available to all guests, and the free waters on ice brought to us when at the pool/beach. Another big thing that really sets this hotel apart was that we never seemed to receive a "no" response. The staff would always work with us or offer up solutions. For example, we were eating dinner at the Grenadian Grill restaurant on site, but wanted the dessert from the other restaurant on site (Asiatique). We had told our waiter this & were planning to just go over to the other restaurant, when the staff came back & said they'd be able to deliver it over to us at the Grenadian Grill. Again, it's the little things the hotel/staff did that made Silversands so special. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and am looking forward to hopefully visiting again soon!

It’s at one end of the beach so it was quiet Pool is amazing beach chair comfortable Gym was nice to have on property and spa area Breakfast was really good.

There are only high end restaurants on property would be nice to have a coffee shop with snacks, pastry etc.

I noticed that other guests received a tour of the property and I did not. I wasn’t aware until my third day that breakfast was included because there were prices on everything

Breakfast was really the only weakness of the stay. This can be much improved.
