"Too hot.too noisy no help from staff"

It had a roof I suppose

Really noisy neighbours. Playing hip hop music on full blast at 3 am. Boiling hot. No fan. Could not sleep a wink. Would never stay here again

"Great location, useless kitchen, in general quite mucky"

Good location, reasonably priced Bed was comfy,

The whole place was dirty and unloved. Carpets on the stairs, the fridge were filthy, a hole in the Lino in the kitchen. You had to go out of your room to make a cup of tea!! Just put the tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than having that big kitchen that was dirty! There was a coffee splash all up the wall behind the bedside table. The carpet needed cleaning and the room needed redecorating.

Excellent location for the Piece Hall, car parks a short walk... Accommodation was adequate for one night, clean and comfortable with Separate private kitchen. Would recomend and use again.

Entrance not inviting, carpet dirty.
