Location, ease of entry. Building has a lift. Kitchen was just right. WC is big. Washer was easy to use.

Perfect location for enjoying the beach and surrounding area—we explored the neighbouring city of Faro and took daily runs to Vilamoura. Uber was also readily available to get between places, so no issue without a car.

We had some issues finding the building (the address provided in Google maps led us somewhere else), but fortunately the hosts were very attentive and guided us to the correct entrance. In the summer there is a carnival ground across the street, so the music carried late into the night. If you’re there to party, no problem! Otherwise do bring earplugs. We also had issues with the air conditioner (it worked, but was leaking), which was reported but luckily did not interrupt our stay.

Spacious apartment with bedding provided for the double bed and single as requested. Good shower.

To be honest I didn’t like much the property.

The property is very dated, everything is old in the apartment. The decoration is tired and very old. They were people talking until very late and however we were in the 9 floor we can hear their voices. It was hard to fall sleep. The bed very small and the sheets are not cotton.

Free parking is available outside the apartment. Just make sure you don’t feel you have to pay anyone who directs you to a space. They are just touting for money! The owner met us at the apartment and he is lovely. The apartment is very clean and homely, and has everything we needed. Location is excellent with many restaurants in easy walking distance, and the beach is very clean. Double bed has a fantastic mattress and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Just two very small things - no bread knife, and no serrated knife for tomatoes.

Plenty of room, well equipped and even equipped with kitchen basics. Super friendly staff, very convenient check-in process, good wifi
