La posizione ottimale a neanche 10 minuti dall arena , con supermercato e vari ristoranti/locande nella stessa via , l appartamento è bello moderno e ha i comfort che sono descritti, anche volendo usufruire della cucina, facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina, non in ztl, e se si ha fortuna si trova parcheggio nelle zone limitrofe.
