I asked to provide details of keys and access card before lunch because there will be no Internet after 12h until 15h. The host refuse to give by keeping silent. When I reminded multiple times the host asked to deposit first the security amount then I can get the details. After doing that still kept silent. Again after multiple reminder, the host mentioned the second condition that to provide the passeport of both the checking in person and mine. This not mentioned at first, second it is not official hôtel, providing personal information to someone I don't know is scary. Also it was requested to be sent by WhatsApp which not reliable to be stored on mobile phone. This is security gap in the booking condition by this host. Hard copy shall be OK if the host showed up
