Ik begrijp het idee van ecologische maar in periodes dat het erg warm is het lastig voor sommige mensen om in een afgesloten ruimte te slapen zonder airconditioning😅

A magical escape from the city noise If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat far away from the loud, busy city—this is exactly the place to go. La Pause Ecolodge Agafay is truly a hidden gem. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, but that’s part of the charm. Once you arrive, you’ll find yourself in a quiet oasis, surrounded by nothing but nature and calm. The atmosphere is incredible—there’s no electricity, which adds to the experience. It’s just you, the desert, and complete peace. We stayed in a lodge, and when we returned from dinner, the entire space was lit up with candles, including the cart—it was absolutely magical. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff delivered five-star service from start to finish. If you need to slow down, recharge, and reconnect, this is the place to do it. Highly recommended.

What a special place - highly recommended. The grounds are unreal and boast gorgeous views, it’s peaceful and quiet, the candlelight at night is incredibly special, service was great, and the food was DELICIOUS. Really, every single thing we ate was unreal! We left wishing we’d stayed longer.

The rooms get a bit hot at night and we couldn’t leave the doors open to let air in as there was no mosquito net over the bed. I think the room does have the structure for one, but at that moment it wasn’t set up. Honestly the only fault!

Beautiful property, great food, and a perfect place to rest and take things slow.

The room was extremely warm, even with windows open. It was a sweaty night. Perhaps experiencing it in early spring or autumn would be better.

It’s really in the middle of nowhere and you don’t hear noise and the hospitality of the staff was really incredible.
