"A Budget homestay."

Staff were friendly and helpful. Affordable price. Free breakfast.

Aircon was weak. Water pressure was weak. No hot and cold shower.

Location is in front of BAYBAY beach.

Very disappointed,‼️ I stayed in room #1 . When I booked, booking.com website showed that it had free breakfast but I didn't get any when I checked out. They didn't even offer coffee. No toiletries even toilet paper, luckily I bought before I checked in. Bathroom was dirty. The bedsheets were very old and had hole. The bed and mattress was very basic and not comfortable . Different from the website photo.

the property was near by the beach. it was a good spot especially when you wanted to vacay near the beach.

the rooms, amenities, the beddings, the aircon and everything. when we arrived, the room wasn’t prepared yet. the front desk table didn’t have a stand by staff. the were no amenities, we had to request for it.
