Am avut o experiență foarte neplăcută: la sosire am găsit cu dificultate cheile, iar când am intrat în apartament nu era energie electrică. Am încercat să rezolvăm problema singuri și să contactăm gazda, însă fără succes, fiind nevoiți să stăm aproximativ o oră în întuneric, împreună cu copiii, până când alți oaspeți ne-au arătat unde se aflau siguranțele electrice. Consider că o astfel de situație este inacceptabilă și nu ar trebui să fie întâmpinată de niciun oaspete.

A beautiful view of the mountains from the window! Close to Cantacuzino Castle, within walking distance. Quiet, except for the nearby trains.

The apartment is very poorly maintained. Lots of things are broken: the hand shower doesn't work at all, water leaks somewhere under the bathtub, and after a shower, the floor is covered in water. The valve on the sink is broken, so I had to constantly pull it out by hand to drain the water. The baseboards are broken, as is the bed, the bedside light, and the door handles. The kitchen light kept falling off when someone opened the door next to it. The mirror brackets just sat on the floor. Some of the lamps and hangers are about to fall off. The soundproofing is poor. There was only one cup in the kitchen; we borrowed one from the neighbors, but it was chipped. The furniture was dirty, the towels were yellowish, and there was someone else's hair in the bathtub. The door frame of the friends staying in the room next door fell off, and it landed on their daughter's head. The terrace is very dirty, the grass in the yard is long overdue for mowing. It would be nice to have disposable slippers. This really ruins a vacation. Budget accommodation doesn't mean everything has to be broken or non-functional...

Apartamentul se află lângă râuleț,are o curticică în care ieși direct după terasă. Crucea de pe Caraiman este chiar în față (suntem în primul rând la un spectacol al naturii).Am așteptat să ne viziteze un ursuleț,dar nu am avut ghinion...Apartamentului este curat și comod structurat .Ca utilități, are aproape tot ce trebuie.Raportul calitate-preț este de apreciat,denotă mult bun-simț. Mulțumim pentru găzduire,receptivitate și ajutor!

Periodic ar fi bine să fie inspectat și întreținut apartamentul,pentru că sunt lucruri care se mai deteriorează:paturi,clanțe... și consumabile care nu mai ajung să deservească și următorii turiști: căni, pahare...Un grătar ar fi binevenit,iar un cuptor pentru sejururi mai lungi ar fi ideal.Dar toate astea nu scad cu nimic evaluarea mea,sunt simple păreri și nu au afectat prea mult sejurul nostru.
