Lunga Via Delle Dolomiti

Location is good as the towns around it were nice to visit. Reasonable distance to Cortina d'Ampezzo, Lago di Braies, & Tre Cime. Not far from train/bus station. A Spar supermarket nearby. Good sized communal area (kitchen, dining, pool table).

Shower room was like the public school (or jail) type. Not separated by cubicles. No privacy at all. Luckily, there were only 2 of us women staying there, at that time. We didn't mind the other occupying the whole shower room when needed to shower. The toilet was separate from the shower room.

Interesting hostel where we end up after hiking Alta Via 4. There is a kitchen that you can use and some nice seating area. Not very private shower: a shared shower for men and another one for women, but working fine. The reception is a phone number to dial at arrival. For us it was a great place to sleep in a nice bed after trail. Good pizzeria in the village.

The village is not very interesting, nearby Pieve di Cadore is cute.

The kitchen is nice and entertaining.

Even in the cold area, there was no heating at all. I said it was cold all the time, but they didn't heat it or give me a heating device.

There is a good view point of the lake near the property

It's wonderful place.

The host was super nice. Told us were the best pizzaria was in town. It was super quiet in the accommodation (end of may).

The room had a weird smell.
