I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, located in a quiet area, and was pretty close to the port, supermarkets, restaurants, and the old town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean :) A lot of doors to enter but it felt safe because of this :) Close enough to old town, Marina, public buses ect Easy to wonder around! I highly recommend it!!

Spacious, central, brand new flat (some plastic protection was still on the lamp 😄). New furniture. Hooks for jackets, hooks in the bathroom. Bidet. Hangers for 2 people. Dryer with pegs for swimsuits on the balcony. The balcony, quite big, with a view to the sea in the far end, big thumbs up. Electronic shades. Steady hot water in shower. Spotlessly clean. Everything in walking distance (apart from the train station, for that, take the bus). (Maria Pia, the breathtaking beach is ~45 mins walk/23 mins by bus.) Cafe and bakery 2 mins, grocery store (Coop) less than 10 mins away. Plugs next to the bed on both sides. 4x plugs in the room, one in the bathroom. Headlights on both sides at the bed (so not relying solely on the ceiling lamp). Please note that there's indeed internet but probably not strong enough for streaming (was completely fine for my trip planning needs). Small fridge in the room. Full sized mirror. Soap and shower gel. AC (as it was mid-October I didn't use it but opened the balcony door instead (for the happiness of the zanzare). Chairs and spacious desk. 2* glasses and a tray. Beach kit - ask Davide about it as I think the straw mat is to comply with La Pelosa requirements. Davide is available on WhatsApp if there's anything.

I didn't get comfortable sleep in the bed or on the pillows (too hard), that was really the only downside for me (hence minus one point, if that could be changed this would be an impeccable accommodation in my view). Small thing: there's no holder for shampoo or shower gel in the shower. Rest is just to note: The building is so new, the elevator isn't in order yet (wasn't an issue for me). The incredibly loudly snoring fellow guest next door 😅 Silicone earplugs are advised. (Generally speaking, it seems to be widespread in the Mediterranean that soundproofing is just not a thing plus the close vicinity of buildings creating echo, be prepared that you'll likely hear your neighbours here and there.) For non-single occupancy: the bathroom door is a sliding one, if privacy is to be considered. Got heart attack when the fridge started up (but didn't bother during sleep). English people, prepare for a heart attack: there's no kettle 🤣 - get an espresso or a tea in the front café sitting outside or go down to the seaside and enjoy the view in the morning.

Beautiful accommodation with a wonderful view and in the heart of Alghero!
