Unparalleled location and views on the beach. All rooms have the same view so no fighting for rooms. Massage area separately provided was also great and the availability of alcohol on premises was a great add on. Greatly enjoyed our stay here. You get a great view of Mt Agung from the terrace on the backside, and the sunrise in the front

The rooms could have a divider between the beds and the sinks. Anyone using the sink wakes up the person sleeping, but it's a small irritant.

Great spacious villa, beautiful pool and close to the sea. Friendly staff.

It was not clean in many places. Bed clothes and towels had spots. The middle bedroom downstairs smelled of humidity, as well as the toilet. There were bugs inside the rooms. The outdoor kitchen had only empty cupboards, there were no glasses, bowls etc. Coffee cups in the rooms were dirty. This villa has a lot of potential, but it's lacking the final touch.

Good villa with large rooms. Great outdoor area with pool and lounging area. Great to be able to have access right down to the beach. Staff were very helpful. A short taxi ride into the main town of Amed.

Unfortunately heavy rains whilst we were there meant the road outside the villa flooded. No impact on the villa itself, just some difficulty getting to the entrance. Staff were very helpful though with assistance to get transport to the doorstep.

Great family holiday in Bali ! The villa is accessible directly to the beach, the breakfast provided are excellent, services are great, and location is good.

Incredible luxurious property with the best staff to assist us during our stay.

The location of the property was amazing and being right on the water you had some lovely breeze and amazing sunsets. The Italian restaurant just across the road from as super convenient and the food was to die for. We had bruschetta 🤩, pasta 😘 and the best pizza 🍕. We also had the girls cook us dinner so we could stay in and chill, they are amazing cooks. There was nothing that was too much for them and when we needed supplies they took me for a quick scooter ride to get what we needed n

It wasn’t that we didn’t like anything but it would have been nice to have a fridge in the outdoor area.
