Breakfast was delicious and there was an abundance of choice.
The shower worked poorly. It was leaking and it was difficult to get it to a good temperature. It took a long while to change temperature, and it was either too hot or too cold.

Nice, cozy room at walking distance from Ponta Delgada city centre and close to the airport. Good value and smooth check in. For us, this was just what we needed for one night before our next flight to Flores.
You do hear people walking up and down the stairs at night. The room could use a few more hooks to hang stuff on. Because the breakfast is self service and first come first serve, you do have to be there early. We came at 9 and there was almost nothing left.
