Lovely clean stylish apartment in a quiet area and walking distance to amenities. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning again ☺️

Stunning apartment overlooking the river with a lovely balcony to take in the view which was beautifully furnished. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in and had lovely soft bedding adorned with bees. The whole place is bee themed and has been carefully thought out, Mandy certainly has an eye for interior design! Everything looked brand new and the whole place was immaculately clean. There were 2 gorgeous cupcakes to welcome us along with a jar of honey, biscuits and jam and even a bottle of wine in the fridge! Mandy and Andrew are amazing hosts and can’t do enough for you, so helpful and friendly. It was my birthday the day after we arrived which I hadn’t mentioned and the hosts gave me a card and two lovely gifts when we left, amazing! If you’re planning a trip to Newcastle don’t hesitate to book The Hive, you won’t regret it. We will be returning soon and already looking forward to it. Would recommend to anyone. Thankyou Mandy and Andrew, you’re the best! 🤩
