При заселении все понравилось, персонал вежливый, ремонт новый, номер чистый. Кофе, чай, халаты, тапочки, одноразовые зубные щетки, шампунь, мыло - весь стандартный гостиничный комплект присутствует, это радует. Завтрак тоже понравился, было из чего выбрать, вкусно.

Все впечатление испортило белое полотенце, со следами засохшей и не отстиранной крови. Считаю что это категорически недопустимо и такое полотенце нельзя возвращать в пользование, а утилизировать. Было очень неприятно.
