The Views Resort

I recently stayed at The Views. I wanted a quiet place near the ocean, and the hotel is exactly that. It was very serene and relaxing, and since I was there during several days of torrential rain, I had plenty of time there. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant prepares wonderful dishes and I never felt the need to go somewhere else to eat. I also had the best mojito I've ever had anywhere at the bar--thanks Jeffrey! This is a new property and everything is clean and nice. The room I had was quite spacious with great air conditioning. I hope to go back to El Salvador one day and see the things that I missed on this trip (because of the weather), and I would definitely stay at The Views again. As an aside, I hope more travelers continue to go to El Salvador. It's much safer now, and it's a beautiful country with kind people. I traveled there as a solo woman, and never once felt unsafe or unwelcome.

Staff was nice

The corridor is in front of the only window, other guests can look directly into the bedroom, zero privacy. Shower almost doesn't work, very cheap quality, NOT 5 Star at all

Everyone was nice and helpful without being too attentive.

Food could have been better. Drinks were great.

Very clean room and property. Comfortable beds.. Wish there was a king bed room available. Very friendly staff and waiters.

Reserved an ocean view. room. At registration they tried to assign first floor. They did provide a second floor room, but still could not see the ocean. Some of the amenities promised were not in the room.. There was a. mini bar key, but no mini bar.No toilet paper holder. For the high cost per night, you would expect what was promised

The room is very clean and the staff is really friendly. We had a great stay at the hotel. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach.
