Very nice hotel for stay at the airport

During our stay, we encountered a few unexpected issues that impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were informed of an additional charge for booking through your company—something we were not made aware of beforehand. Had we known, we might have reconsidered our choice. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, particularly in the bathroom. The kitchen, which was advertised as being open 24 hours, was closed, which was disappointing. However, we did appreciate that the front desk staff made an effort to drive us to a nearby location for takeout. While the property itself appears to be well maintained, the staff seemed quite busy and not particularly focused on customer service. Given the price of the room, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, I don’t believe we would choose to stay here again.

Its an airport hotel at the end of the day however the restaurant food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nowhere to go around the hotel unless you took a taxi but even then I couldnt see anywhere locally worth the effort. Bar is actually a beer fridge in the cafe style restaurant so a bit of a disappointment if your anticipating a relaxing drink in "the bar". Ultimately its likely to be a 1 night stay here and therefore neither of these issues were of particular concern.
